This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). The servers are located in data centers in Germany and Finland (European Union). Hetzner processes data on our behalf and is contractually obligated to comply with the GDPR.

4. Server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically collects the following data:

• Requested page / URL
• HTTP status code
• Amount of data transferred
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Processing serves to ensure technical operation and error analysis.

Retention period: Log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Retention period: Comment data is stored indefinitely. Upon request to andre@xalor.de, your comment data including the associated comments will be completely deleted. Separate deletion of contact data and comment content is not possible.

The data controller of this website is based in the Philippines. Data is stored and processed on servers within the European Union (Germany/Finland).
